Dr. Stepp goes above and beyond to make the patient comfortable. His goal is to save your original teeth rather than replacing with artificial methods. Being on a fixed income (I'm retired) his office has graciously worked with me on a payment plan and is very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Professional, informative, caring . . . these are the words that come immediately to mind when I think of Dr. Stepp and his staff! On this, my first visit, I was greeted warmly by name, and the receptionist was careful to go over confirmation of my coverage. She also took the time to contact my quondam dentist to have information immediately available for the doctor. My hygienist, Sara, was affable and knowledgeable, and she gave me a thorough cleaning with a gentle touch. Dr. Stapp was equally congenial and asked questions that made me feel as if I were part of a team - rather than a mere recipient - of stakeholders addressing my oral health. Thank you for a sublime level of care!

Dr. Stepp and his staff are the absolute best. From the front desk staff booking appointments, (a friendly "reminder call" a day before the appointment is always appreciated) and closing the appointment with accurate billing. Dr. Stepp has a calming demeanor that helps through the dentistry work. I am always impressed with the Dental Assistants and the level of skills that they have also. I know Dr. keeps up with latest dentistry equipment, the procedure rooms are clean, cheery, and have great TV screens with relaxing videos to watch (from the ceiling!). I chipped my front tooth on Friday evening. I called the office on Monday morning and the receptionist got me in within 2 hours. Dr. Stepp and staff were so caring, gentle and explained everything they were doing to fix my tooth. I would recommend Parker Family Dental to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

I had a sudden, very painful toothache. The receptionist found room for me the same day I called. Dr. Stepp always takes time to explain procedures and my options, as he did this time. I've been going to Parker Family Dental for many years and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. The office is kept especially clean and guidelines for Covid19 precautions are respected.
